Here’s the update for my CNY activities.

Let’s begin with nin 30.

Sis managed to come back in time for the reunion dinner =)

 

The very first day of CNY, just as practised,

we’ll usually visit Ade’s place in the afternoon.

Therefore, there’s no exception for this year of Tiger, ROARRRR!

 

Do spot tat Hanyi was on call with our fren in Johor, Siah!

I know he must be missing us  a lot

n sorry for not answering ur call as I was busy doing my maths homework.

Kicked start of the visitation from houses to houses

 

As u know, my place is just a stone’s throw from Ade’s

so wat not, coming up next was at mine =)

 

They said I look feminine here *phewitt*  =)

Anyway, thank you for coming guys!

 

Visited the relative’s house for the next day.

Joined the frens at Madeline’s place n we were all impressed with the newly renovated K room!

Moving on, we went Chong’s place and sorry tat I hv no pics to show here.

After Chong’s was Jaye’s.

The long time no see Frog Queen, Vivian shown up. She’s getting prettier and I must say I like her hair!

 

Dinner was @ Aunty Florence’s place.

The dinner was really scrumptious and apparently we even had abalone!!!!

 

Heartful thanks to the host Uncle Norman & family for the hospitality n the delicious food served =)

 

Tzun, I didnt get to edit any pic of u in ours cos I think u will only spoil the pic.

Being good frens of Tzun, we will never hesitate to drop by his place even when he himself is not around.

The 3rd day was @ Vivian’s house.

It’s always good to go her place as there’s number of lion dance performances prepared.

 

After tat we went yum cha with Alvis and Charles [the one who my sis finally met up with]

 

The dinner which we were looking fwd on day 4 nite.

 

Thank you Boo Boo for keeping the Sharkfin and oysters for the late comers =)

 

We love to go Boo Boo’s house as there are good food, entertaining nintendo Wii,

 

n even XXL playing cards!

but one thing, I dun like to gamble there. [u know y!]

Anyway, thank you Boo Boo and family for the great nite!

The weekend in KK was good.

Went there again for the company’s annual dinner

We missed out to visit the Gaya Street Sunday market the previous time I went so here we go!

Thank goodness for the sunny and sibeh hot day.

 

 

Anyway, am currently back in sdk n I’ve just realised that I hv tonnes of pics with me.

So I decided to get them uploaded before the CNY wave comes.

Rewind

Here comes my overdue entry on my visit to the cat city last month

Stayed over the newly open hotel – Pullman

I love the swimming pool but too bad I did not hv a swimming suit with me =(

Bumped into the long time no see Pork Chop n frens

Used to get their stuff in Times Square KL but I think that branch has ady closed down.

Glad to see them in the cat city.

 

Other than tat, met up Jasmine and her fren for high tea at Soong Chin Hoi.

My pleasure to be the passenger of Jasmine for the 2nd / 3rd time she drove in the city.

Thanks for the ride =)

Wonder when will we be seeing each other for the next time since she’s leaving to Aus.

The main reason of this cat city visitation was to attend the boss’s son wedding 

 

They hv this special photography session for the guests.

I like the efficiency as we manage to get the hardcopy of the photos taken before we leave.

 

One thing I love going to Kuching is meeting up the adorable niece Xin Er.

Enjoy playing with her and do spot tat she loves to point at something with her finger.

 

 

Moving on,

Jan was another eventful month for me as I travelled from places to places within Msia.

Tat’s why I said it’s my Cuti cuti Msia holidays.

 

 

Flew to KL with the parents to attend Cousin’s wedding.

 

I was told tat many couples r getting married before CNY

as they want to avoid getting married in the year of Tiger which is homonym with the word ‘bitter’ in chinese.

How true is tat? Am not sure, but i think is it owez good to believe before it’s too late to regret eh?

why am i sound so superstitious here?!

Anyway, I went with my new hair cut and I find myself looks ugly n stupid in most of the pics

so am not going to reveal more.

Other than attending the wedding, we managed to shop around

n we were impressed by the CNY deco in Pavilion

Bangganya

-Our KK trip has finally came to an end-

It is undeniable that we really love camwhoring as proven by the number of shots we had.

We hv hundred plus photos taken only at KK Terminal 2

which is ridiculous since there’s nothing much to be taken but yes we did.

Ppl around must be pissed off with us who kept SS-ing ourselves there.

Apparently, a new member joined us in the airport.

The mak cik was actually alone and she seems a bit blur

so we decided to tag her along since she is on the same flight with us.

 

 

Yapp who coincidently got the in flight seat next to this Mak cik.

was therefore being appointed to bring her on board.

Tat’s 1 Malaysia!

 

Oh anyway, I am happy to bump into them in Radiant before our departure.

They were having sun tanning in the car park. The both of them r frenly and adorable!

How I wish to bring them home but too bad I just couldnt…

Am missing the both of them and hope to see them again.

 

 

Back in sdk and we continued with the outings.

Vain me and my sibeh sui hair @ Sabah hotel swimming pool side.

As Sandakanians, we r always proud that there’s encore for us to practice our good singing skills.

The next day, we paid Tzun’s parents a visit.

As usual, aunty uncle gave us some free gifts which we reluctantly received.

We were shopping while chit chatting @ Michelle’s Genting Mas.

In fact, the new Genting Mas building is an ideal place to shop.

From groceries to clothings to flowers to accessories you name it!

They hv everything =)

 

It’s shame tat there’s no big shopping mall in this nature city yet

but again we r proud to hv Genting Mas! *woohoo*

 

Moving on, lunched with my parents @ Masarap

Brought Alex to try their finger licking good pork satay.

 

 

The nite before Alex’s leaving, we had our dinner @ SRC.

Emily the late comer who rushed to join us.

We were lucky to get one for tat nite as usually ppl hv to reserve in advance.

Like I said, we r proud to hv encore here in sdk.

We the K lovers went for K session again after the dinner =)

 

So here marks an end for Alex’s trip.

Hope he had hv an enjoyable holidays with us in the land below the wind.
